Instalar Centos 5.x en VirtualBox 3.1.x

Saludos, bueno me encontre con un problema cuando intentaba instalarlo en mi computadora AMD Phenom, apareciendo lo siguiente:

NetLabel: initializing
NetLabel: domain hash size = 128
NetLabel: protocols = UNLABELED CIPSOv4
NetLabel: unlabeled traffic allowed by default
NET: Registered protocol family 2

Para resolverlo cuando entra a nuestro CD/DVD es necesario colocar despues de boot:

nolapic

o

Habilitar OI APIC en la configuracion de la maquina virtual, en la opcion sistema
